1.5. Warranty Limitations

This warranty does not apply if the product is damaged due to: improper use, misuse, excessive voltage, modification, alteration, or any other reason.
The product’s technical specifications, normal use, and safety instructions are listed in the printed Technical Manualincluded with the retail package.

The warranty is void if service is performed on the product by anyone other than the Manufacturer or an authorized service agent approved by the Manufacturer.
The warranty does not cover products that have been disassembled, tampered with, modified, abused, neglected, exposed to accidental or improper power supply, lightning strikes, or with removed/altered serial numbers, or products not installed or configured according to Manufacturer instructions.

Labor costs for removable consumable parts during normal use or repairs are not covered.
The Manufacturer’s sole obligation under this warranty is, at the Manufacturer’s discretion, repair or replacement of the product.

If returning a product or defective part to the Manufacturer is required, it must be shipped according to the Manufacturer’s Return Material Authorization (RMA) Terms and Conditions.

2. Return Material Authorization (RMA) Terms and Conditions

2.1. Important Information

Before returning any product or item, the Customer must contact the Manufacturer in writing via email to obtain a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) number: info@zenopix.com

To make a warranty claim, the warranty start date must be verified with the original invoice showing the Customer’s purchase date. If unavailable, the Manufacturer will calculate the start date as the date the product left the Manufacturer’s warehouse plus 30 calendar days.

All written communications may be conducted via email.

2.2. Prerequisites

Before an RMA number is issued, the Manufacturer will attempt to resolve the issue with the Customer. Only after it is determined that the product must be returned will an RMA number be issued.
The RMA number will be sent via email along with a digital RMA form.

2.3. RMA Procedure

  • The Customer must complete the RMA form completely and legibly (can be filled digitally on a computer).

  • A printed copy of the completed RMA form must be included with the returned product. Alternatively, the form may be sent via email; in this case, the RMA number must be clearly marked and visible on or in the package.

  • Products sent without a valid RMA number may be returned to the sender at their expense.

  • When returning multiple products in a single shipment, a separate RMA form must be provided for each product.

  • Products must be returned in packaging suitable for transport. The return address provided by the Manufacturer must be used.

  • The Customer bears all shipping costs and risks; the Manufacturer is not responsible for any loss or damage during transit.

The Manufacturer will assess all returned products based on the information provided by the Customer. Defective products or warranty-covered parts will be repaired or replaced free of charge, and the Manufacturer will cover shipping costs for returning the repaired/replaced product.

Repaired or replaced products are subject to the remaining original warranty period, which is never less than 30 calendar days.

If the Manufacturer determines that the problem is not covered by warranty, or the claim is rejected, a €35.00 evaluation fee will be charged.

For products eligible for repair outside of warranty, the Customer will receive a written estimate of costs. No repairs will be performed without Customer approval. Current labor rates are $50 USD per hour plus the cost of required parts.

If the Customer rejects the estimate or no estimate can be provided, the product will be returned as-is at the Customer’s expense, including freight, shipping, insurance, and customs, or disposed of by the Manufacturer 30 calendar days after written rejection notice.
